Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:
Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 days.
If your order has an urgent due date, then please contact us to let us know the date it needs to arrive.
Larger orders that need time to make may take an extra few days, so please place larger orders of 50 or more flowers over the phone so we can plan for the shipping due date.
We only do First Class Mail and Priority Mail shipping options through the website shopping cart. For overnight shipping please place your order over the phone or e-mail an inquiry.
 
Returns:
Returned items MUST be packaged in the same way they are received, for example the clips on a hair flower should be taped down to the card or box they were shipped in, in the same way we taped them down when you received them. Taping the clips to the cards or to the inside of the box ensures that they stay firmly in place during shipping and will not crush in the mail. The men's lapel pins should be pinned inside the box the way you received them. Protective tissue paper should also surround the items. They should be shipped in a box to protect them during shipping and not in an envelope where they would get crushed in the mail. And flowers should never be handled by their petals, always handle the flowers by their pins or clips. If an item is improperly packaged on its return trip and crushes in the mail, or if you crush it with your hands by overly mishandling the flower, then no refund will be given for items you damaged. We are not a rental service and this is not Amazon, the use of our flowers to adorn your event and then returned used and damaged when no longer needed will not be refunded. There are no returns on custom orders where we modified the product based on your request or made from your own fabrics. And there are no refunds on shipping. Send Unused Returns in good condition to this address for a full refund minus shipping. Read the entire refund policy before shipping.
